True friendship is such a wonderful gift.
My life has been blessed with some remarkable people and I'd like to take
the time
to acknowledge some of them here. There is no specific order,
I put all your names
in a hat and drew them one at a time!
(Well except for Sue and Steve for "obvious
reasons")
You have all blessed my life with love,
understanding,
tolerance, compassion, support, joy, acceptance
and grace.
You are all truly "Angels Among
Us"

~~Sue~~
My
mentor, my friend, my
spiritual guide.
Thank you for all you
have given me by taking my hand and walking this
journey with me. You give your time
unselfishly, with
love, understanding, and a
sincere desire to help. With you, I have shared
ALL my secrets. You listened and shared
so much of yourself in the
process. Sue, you have given me
the greatest gift, total
understanding and
unconditional love. Most
of all you guided me to God and
helped me to
realize that I am never alone. |

~~Steve~~
My love,
the arms that gave me a
hug from God "that"
day. Your patience
is your greatest gift.
So many times, you have
patiently waited, as
the difficulties of this
journey got the best of
me, with faith that I would
find my way. And I
did. God led me to you twice
in this lifetime, and I
know our love is
blessed. I love you
so deeply with all my heart and
soul. You are most
precious to
me. Thank you for sharing your
life with me and for allowing me to
share mine with you.

~~Jen~~
My true
friend. We have shared so
much of this journey
together. Yours is the hand
I hold when I need a shoulder to cry on or
someone to lean on. I would drop everything and run to your side when you need a friend, as I know you
would do the same for me. You are a phenomenal woman with
an incredible spirit Your possess the ability to see the best
in every situation. You stand firm in what you
believe in with gentleness and kindness. I
am so
blessed to have you as a
friend.

~~Richie~~
Our friendship is
spiritual. When we share, there is something greater than
us at work. You have given
me the greatest gift we can all
give to each other. That is
your honesty. From you I always receive the truth, and I
have come to understand that real
friends always give us the truth,
even when the truth is hard to
hear. You taught me how to
live honestly, always remembering that "the truth, without
compassion, is mean".
You are a man full of
compassion.

~~DebW~~
I
have known you for so long, but still
have not met you face to face.
We have logged so many with the HOURS
of chat time together. You
always make me laugh! We have
held on to each other when the times
have been rough going. We've
shared things so delicate, things that
can only be shared with someone you
trust. You have never broken
that trust. Our friendship is
blessed with a comfort that we will
always be there for each other ...
although we live many miles apart ...
we are joined together in
spirit.

~~Dick and Lisa~~
You two give so
much of yourselves to help others.
You have always been there,
just a phone call away. You
have changed your plans,
dropped everything,
turned your
car around halfway home, and come
back to help, so unselfishly,
with no thought of
yourselves, only to be helpful
to a friend in need. I've experienced those gifts from
both of you. You have also taught me that "with God TRYING counts,
as he knows your heart is in the
right place". Thank you for helping me to
understand that.
|

~~Lori~~
We have grown into
the women we are together.
There have been times that I have
held
your hand as you trudged this path. You have also held my hand when I've stumbled along the
way. Through your
friendship, I've learned that
friendships can grow, go through many changes, and always remain
meaningful and lasting. Your spiritual growth is an
inspiration.

~~Bob~~
It seems that you
have always been there. You help me so much in the
process of discovery. Your finest quality is your
humility, in that you have no
judgment for other people.
I have shared with you some of my most
"difficult" secrets,
and you have never judged me, you have always
helped me to see that I am not unique, that we all
have "skeletons in the
closet" and mine are no different,
no better or worse, than anyone
else's. I can only pray that I have
learned from you,
how to be humble enough to live
free of judgment.
